HMRC updates advisory fuel rates

 

 

From the 1st September 2015 the advisory fuel rates set by HMRC have changed. These effect employees using a company car.

Owners of petrol cars with an engine size of 1400cc or less will be able to claim 12 pence per mile, this is 1 pence more than the previous rates. However, diesel claims have all dropped by 1 pence per mile. A full table of the new rates is below.

The new rates apply from the 1st September 2015 but you can use the previous rates up until the 1st October 2015.
